Residential Portfolio
This was anew development on a new road, site work, well, septic and utilities. The house is built with dual cell insulated cinderblocks. These have special designed colors, textures and layout, have a high thermal mass for passive heating and cooling as well as being fireproof. The clerestory windows face in a northerly direction for a more controlled light and being operable allow natural convection flow of heat. The dual plane roof lends itself to a very interesting interior, and a southerly facing side angled for optimal solar collection.
