Residential Portfolio

This was a very extensive remodel of an existing house on a small lot.  You’ll see a full transformation from the old unappealing exterior to a new, but traditionally designed house.  The rear yard was expanded by building out a new pool and deck supported on concrete piles to double the size of the back yard. The entry foyer has a back lit ceiling window and the study has a beautiful wood open truss ceiling.
