We’ve been asked which do we prefer? Residential work or commercial work? The answer is we prefer clients interested in taking advantage of architecture and design. We prefer good clients. Clients who can either work with us, and/or trust us to design for them. A good client/architect relationship is fun, rewarding and typically leads to better architecture. Our experience is with custom residences and commercial tenant improvement work. So, we are not the firm for ground up commercial high rises, multi-family residential, and large scale tract home development.

This was a new suite for a commercial bank. You’ll see the custom front reception, stepped ceiling, and that all the private offices received glass and mahogany walls.

The client wanted to open up the waiting room. We took down the drywall, put in a glass wall and door, and designed a new reception desk.
